In December 2022, I decided to explore alternatives to alcohol due to its negative impact on my health and well-being. The heartburn, poor sleep, and hangovers were unbearable, even after just one drink. Meanwhile, David was embracing a booze-free winter, frustrated by how even a small amount of alcohol disrupted his mornings and entire day.
